The minimum order limit is not applicable; you are free to order any number of boxes that you need.

Production time typically ranges from 7 to 10 business days depending on the complexity and quantity of your order.

Yes, sample orders are available. Please contact our support team to request a sample before placing a bulk order.

Screens use RGB color mode while printing uses CMYK. This difference can cause slight color variations. We recommend requesting a physical proof for color-critical projects.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Price & Quotation

You can get lower prices by increasing the order quantity. Pricing is often decided by the size, shape & style of your box.

No, we do not charge for plates or die charges. All setup costs are included in your quoted price.

Yes, interior printing may add a small cost depending on the coverage and color count. Contact us for a detailed quote.

Pantone (PMS) printing can be slightly more expensive than standard CMYK due to the use of special ink mixing. It ensures color accuracy for brand-specific colors.

Design & Artwork

Yes, you can use our design services; just share your logo, graphics, and other branding elements.

Absolutely. You can submit your own artwork. Please make sure files are in CMYK, 300 DPI, and in AI, EPS, or PDF format.

Yes, we provide dieline templates for all box styles. You can download them from our website or request one from our design team.

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution PSD files. All artwork should be in CMYK color mode at 300 DPI or higher.

CMYK uses four ink colors to produce a wide range of colors. Pantone uses pre-mixed specific inks for precise, consistent color matching — ideal for brand colors.

Materials & Printing

We offer a wide range of materials including 14pt to 24pt cardstock, 36pt and 48pt chipboard, and E-Flute and B-Flute corrugated options.

We offer CMYK offset printing, digital printing, and spot UV printing depending on your project requirements and quantity.

We offer matte, gloss, soft touch lamination, embossing, debossing, foil stamping, and window patching as finishing options.

Yes, custom inserts can be added to provide extra protection and organization for your products inside the box.

Foil stamping applies a metallic or pigmented foil to the surface using heat and pressure, creating a shiny, premium decorative effect.

Embossing raises the design above the surface, while debossing presses the design into the surface. Both add a tactile, premium feel to your packaging.

Yes, ribbons are available as an add-on and are ideal for gift packaging, adding a decorative and premium touch to your boxes.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and order size.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at an additional cost depending on your location.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
